First, you should post attributes for your build, because those are at least as important as the skills, and next, that's not a particularly good PvP build. First, that ressurrect will get interrupted every single time you cast it. 8 seconds is an eternity on the battlefield, an eternity you're standing there, not healing, and announcing to everyone around you that you're rezzing. That's asking for a powerful interrupt, probably one that'll steal more energy. IF, and this is a big IF, you have a monk packing a rez, it should be rez sig. Next, stormchaser isn't very helpful, especially considering the rest of your skills. If you have seed, and plan to use it, you probably won't want to move around very much from the seeded target, since it's a PbAoE heal. Next, they're going to snare you, or knock-lock you if you're the focused target. Dryder's is a pretty terrible skill. First, it requires that you invest in wilderness, which has no skills worth it on a mo/r, and a 60s recharge is laughable. Yeah, so you're the focused target. You active it, one of two things happens. You're spiked to death by an air ele or two, the warrior's activate warrior's cunning, or they switch targets to kill another monk, and then move back to you while you're waiting for it to recharge.
Now, that's not to say a mo/r is bad, in fact, we used to run two of them in our Tombs build, but they had 7 monk skills, and one ranger skill, the only one that can be useful, really, a spirit. We didn't have to push attributes high, because with two mo/r, they would just alternate the fertiles. It was just another HP buffer, which we reserved for KotH maps exclusively.

I gotta agree with Minwanabi, theres very few Mo/R combos that don't revolve around using spirits. Fertile Seasons for a standard hp buff and Symbiosis for a enchantment heavy build.

Ugh. Troll unguent is garbage. I mean, people tout is an emergency heal, and when do you have 3 seconds to cast an emergency heal? In organized PvP, a monk will die in less than 3 seconds, not to mention the tiny regen that gives will maybe prolong his life for a half a second longer.
